SHIPPING POLICY:
Ambientravel.com is an online travel agency. We do not perform physical shipments of any kind. When the customer books their trip, they make an initial payment (down payment stipulated in each itinerary), and within a maximum of 48 hours, they will receive an email at the contact address with all the details of their reservation (itinerary, extra options, accommodations, and transports – if included), including the final price of the trip.
The customer can make the payment of the rest of the reservation up to two months before the start of the trip through our secure online payment gateway.
CANCELLATION OF RESERVATIONS:
The customer can cancel their reservation from the moment of making it until two months before the departure of the contracted itinerary. To cancel, they must send an email to info@ambientravel.com, and we will proceed with the cancellation of the trip and the refund of the amount paid for the trip up to that moment.
RETURN AND REFUND:
The customer has the right to cancel their reservation before two months from the departure of the contracted cruise. In that case, the customer can recover the money from it. The refund will be made through the same payment method used when making the reservation; either by credit/debit card refund or bank transfer.
SECURITY AND PROTECTION:
Ambientravel.com complies with SSL security requirements, thus protecting the data of all its customers. Additionally, the payment gateway complies with 3DSecure regulations, redirecting data to secure servers. Ambientravel.com does not store payment data in any case.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
AMBIENTRAVEL.COM, in compliance with Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data (“LOPD”) and Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, which approves the Regulation for the development of the LOPD, informs that it is committed to respecting the user’s privacy. The processing of personal data will be collected in an automated file, owned by Viajes Termetours SLU, with NIF B61057865, with registered office at C/Basses de Sant Pere 26, 08003 Barcelona, with telephone +34 933100333 and email: info@ambientravel.com.
The data required from the User will be those necessary for the functions required by the Ambientravel.com website and the tourist services contracted here, without these being available to any third party not announced on the website, except with the express authorization of the User.
The user guarantees the authenticity of all the data communicated through www.ambientravel.com and must keep the information provided to Termetours SLU up to date, responding at all times to its real situation, being solely responsible for false or inaccurate statements made.
